Treatment Programs

A full continuum of clinically rigorous addiction care - founded by a clinician in long-term recovery, built on family-systems and current addiction neuroscience.

Medical Detox

Medical detox at RBIH Rehab runs three to seven days in a dedicated wing of the Las Tunas Drive campus, with a physician on site daily and nurses on the wing around the clock. We accept detox admissions at any hour. Our protocols cover alcohol, opioids (including fentanyl), benzodiazepines, stimulants, and polysubstance presentations. Medication-assisted treatment - buprenorphine, methadone bridging, naltrexone - is available and discussed openly. Most patients transition directly into residential by day four.

Residential Treatment

Residential care at RBIH runs thirty to ninety days across 40 beds. The clinical structure is intensive by design: three therapy sessions per day combining group, individual, and specialty modalities. Days begin at 7:30 a.m. with a community check-in and end with reflection at 9:30 p.m. Every resident is paired with a primary therapist, a case manager, and a peer mentor in the first 72 hours.

Outpatient Program

Outpatient care at RBIH spans three tiers - PHP (2-4 weeks), IOP (8-12 weeks), and standard outpatient. Evening IOP runs 6 to 9 p.m. so San Gabriel Valley professionals, parents, and shift workers can continue treatment without leaving their roles. Standard outpatient combines weekly therapy, monthly psychiatric follow-up, and alumni group access.

Dual Diagnosis

Most patients arrive at RBIH with at least one co-occurring diagnosis - depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, or unresolved trauma. Treating the addiction alone leaves the trigger architecture intact, which is why every admission receives a psychiatric consult within 48 hours. Dr. Beauregard-Singh and the psychiatric team coordinate with therapy staff in shared rounds three times per week. EMDR, DBT, somatic experiencing, and trauma-focused CBT are all available as clinically indicated.
