Driving Directions
From Pasadena
Take I-210 East to Rosemead Boulevard South. Turn left onto Las Tunas Drive; the campus is approximately a mile east on the right. Allow about 15 minutes from downtown Pasadena.
From Downtown Los Angeles
Take I-10 East to I-605 North. Exit at Live Oak Avenue / Lower Azusa Road and head west. Turn right onto Las Tunas Drive; the campus is approximately a quarter mile west on the left. Allow 25 to 35 minutes from downtown Los Angeles in standard traffic.
From the San Gabriel Valley
From Arcadia, Monterey Park, San Marino, or El Monte, head to Las Tunas Drive directly - the campus is in central Temple City between Rosemead Boulevard and Sultana Avenue. Allow 5 to 15 minutes depending on origin.
From the South Bay or Long Beach
Take I-605 North to the Live Oak Avenue / Lower Azusa Road exit and follow the LA-route directions. Allow about 35 to 45 minutes from Long Beach.

Service Area
RBIH Rehab primarily serves patients across the San Gabriel Valley and the broader Greater Los Angeles area - Temple City, Arcadia, Pasadena, San Marino, San Gabriel, Rosemead, Monterey Park, El Monte, Alhambra, Monrovia, Sierra Madre, Duarte, and surrounding communities, with regular admissions from the broader LA basin and Inland Empire.
Hospital-to-hospital transfers are coordinated directly with referring clinicians at Methodist Hospital of Southern California, Huntington Hospital, USC Arcadia Hospital, City of Hope, Garfield Medical Center, and the broader Kaiser, Adventist, and Dignity Health networks. Transfers typically complete within a few hours of the initial call.
Patients traveling from outside the region are welcome. Our admissions team coordinates pickup from LAX, Bob Hope Burbank, John Wayne, and Long Beach airports and handles pre-admission logistics so the first day is about arrival, not navigation.
